How do I send the revocation document to the company?
In any way that allows you to have proof of the sending of said document to the company/professional that offered you the new contract.
Except by telephone, the rest of the means, whether certified letter, fax or burofax, allow us to have proof of having sent the communication about the cancellation of the contract.
However, the burofax is the most recommended means of communicating the revocation to the employer. Its cost per page is approximately 10 euros.
The period to do so is 14 calendar days, either from the signing of the contract or from the receipt of the merchandise if it is an order.
